fitVibe payment methods
General information
fitVibe offers electronic payment methods only for subscriptions and services available through the platform (web and app). Payments are made in euros (€) and processed through partner Payment Service Providers.
When a payment is completed, the amount is converted into fitCoins and/or activates your subscription plan, according to the fitVibe Terms of Use.
Pay by card (credit, debit, or prepaid)
When purchasing a subscription or fitCoins, you can pay with a credit, debit, or prepaid card (for example Visa or Mastercard) that supports online transactions.
After choosing card payment, you are taken to the secure payment environment of a partner Payment Provider [Bank / PSP], where you enter your card details and complete the transaction.
The Payment Provider:
- manages transaction approval,
- applies the required security standards (for example PCI DSS and 3D Secure / SCA),
- protects your card details with encryption and modern security practices.
After the transaction is completed successfully, you return to the fitVibe platform where a relevant confirmation is shown (for example subscription activation or fitCoins renewal).
Pay with PayPal
When available, you can pay through PayPal. By selecting PayPal, you are taken to PayPal’s secure environment, where you sign in and choose the payment method you want.
By selecting PayPal as your payment method, you consent to PayPal processing your data under its own Privacy Policy.
Pay with Apple Pay
On supported Apple devices, you can pay with Apple Pay. When you select Apple Pay, the Apple payment panel opens and you confirm the transaction with a saved payment method and your selected authentication method.
Apple Pay uses tokenization and does not share your full card number with fitVibe. Your data is processed under Apple’s Privacy Policy.
Pay with Google Pay
On devices or browsers that support Google Pay, you can complete payment by choosing one of your connected payment methods and confirming the transaction in Google’s environment.
Google Pay uses tokenization and does not share your actual card number with fitVibe. Google processes your data under its Privacy Policy.
Bank deposit / transfer
In some cases, fitVibe may accept payment by bank deposit or transfer. In that case, payment is considered complete after the amount is confirmed as credited to the company account.

- Bank: [BANK NAME]
- IBAN: [GR __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __]
- Beneficiary: WELLORA Ι.Κ.Ε.
- Reference: [fitVibe subscription + full name / tax ID]
Any bank fees or charges are borne by the sender/customer unless otherwise agreed.
Online payment security
fitVibe does not store your full card details on its own servers. Payment details are processed by certified Payment Providers.
When paying by card, you may be asked for additional security details, such as:
- a one-time password (OTP) by SMS,
- approval through an e-banking app,
- other authentication methods (Strong Customer Authentication).
The CVC/CVV field is the three-digit number on the back of the card and is used only to complete the transaction with enhanced security.
If the connection is interrupted or payment is cancelled, the Payment Provider checks the transaction. If approval was not completed, you are not charged.
Refunds and released amounts policy
Refunds, release of held amounts, and fitCoins returns are governed by the separate fitVibe Cancellation and Refund Policy.
For example:
- when cancellation is made under the Terms, an amount may be released or returned, or fitCoins may be credited back,
- the time for a return to appear depends on your bank or Payment Provider,
- fitVibe is not responsible for additional charges imposed by a bank or Payment Provider.
For details, please refer to the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
Periodic changes to payment methods
fitVibe may add or remove available payment methods, change Payment Providers, or modify processes to improve security and user experience.
We recommend checking the Payment Methods page periodically for updates.
