Intellectual Property Protection Policy

1.

Introduction

WELLORA I.K.E. (fitVibe, we, us) respects and protects the intellectual and industrial property relating to the content, design, and operation of the fitVibe platform (website and application).

All material displayed on the Website or application is intellectual and industrial property of fitVibe and is protected by the applicable Greek, European Union, and international laws.

Any reproduction, use, or exploitation of this material is permitted only with fitVibe prior written permission.

Protected Material (Copyright and IP)

fitVibe owns or holds a lawful licence for all of the following:

  • the overall platform design (UI/UX, layout, concept)
  • the software, code, scripts, and databases
  • the fitCoins system, its name, and branding
  • text, content structure, guidance, and service descriptions
  • graphics, images, icons, illustrations, animations, and media assets
  • advertising material, slogans, and commercial messages
  • the selection, arrangement, and presentation of platform elements
  • the booking functionality code, Smart Pricing, and recommendation system

Any item bearing ©, ™, ®, or SM symbols is a registered or unregistered mark and is protected as such.

Prohibited Uses and Restrictions

Without the Company prior express written consent, the following are strictly prohibited:

  • reproducing, copying, or modifying any part of the content
  • creating derivative works or applications based on fitVibe
  • publishing, republishing, or uploading content to another website or server
  • embedding content in frames (iframes) or other pages
  • bulk extraction of data (data scraping, crawling, harvesting)
  • using the fitVibe name or trade marks for commercial purposes
  • creating a database containing substantial parts of the material
  • copying the site, design, or functionality for another product
  • misleading use of the fitVibe brand in advertisements, promotions, or apps
4.

User Responsibility

By using the fitVibe platform, users agree and accept that they will:

  • use the platform lawfully, fairly, and in accordance with the Terms of Use
  • not infringe the intellectual or industrial property rights of third parties or fitVibe
  • not attempt unauthorised access to or modification of the content
  • not use automated tools to extract or copy data
  • not distribute, modify, or store any part of fitVibe for commercial gain
5.

Third-party Content and Rights

The fitVibe platform may contain third-party content, such as studio images, partner logos, trade marks, and service descriptions.

These items are the exclusive property of their respective owners and are lawfully used by fitVibe within our partnerships.

Any unauthorised use of them constitutes an infringement of third-party rights.

Reporting Intellectual Property Infringement

If you believe that any content on fitVibe infringes intellectual or industrial property rights, you may contact our team at:

Reservation of Rights

fitVibe and its licensors reserve all intellectual and industrial property rights in every element of the platform. The absence of an express reference to or description of a right does not constitute a waiver of it.

Policy Changes

fitVibe may amend this Intellectual Property Protection Policy whenever required for operational, legal, or technical reasons.
