Dumbbell Decline Sit-Up is a free weights exercise targeting Abdominals (Rectus Abdominis) using Dumbbells.
How to perform it
- Begin by lying on a decline bench with your feet securely positioned under the footpads. Hold a dumbbell with both hands against your chest.
- Lift your upper body towards your knees, keeping the dumbbell close to your chest.
- Sit up fully until your back is straight, then slowly lower your upper body back to the starting position.
- Repeat the exercise for the desired number of repetitions.
