Assisted Sit-Up is a bodyweight exercise targeting Abdominals (rectus abdominis).
Step by step
How to perform it
- Lie on your back on a mat with your knees bent and feet secured with a partner holding them down.
- Place your hands lightly behind your head or cross them over your chest.
- Engage your core and lift your upper body towards your knees, performing a sit-up.
- Lower your upper body back down to the starting position, maintaining control throughout the movement.
