Step by step

How to perform it

  1. Lie on your back on a mat with your knees bent and feet secured with a partner holding them down.
  2. Place your hands lightly behind your head or cross them over your chest.
  3. Engage your core and lift your upper body towards your knees, performing a sit-up.
  4. Lower your upper body back down to the starting position, maintaining control throughout the movement.
