Ball Sit-Up is a bodyweight exercise targeting Abdominals (rectus abdominis) using Exercise Ball.
Step by step
How to perform it
- Sit on an exercise ball with your feet flat on the floor and knees bent at a 90-degree angle.
- Lean back, rolling the ball under your lower back, and place your hands behind your head or cross them over your chest.
- Engage your core and lift your upper body upwards until vertical to the floor.
- Lower your upper body back down to the starting position, repeat.
