Decline Bent Leg Reverse Crunch

3 steps Updated 29/08/2026

Decline Bent Leg Reverse Crunch is a bodyweight exercise targeting Abdominals (Rectus Abdominis).

Step by step

How to perform it

  1. Begin by lying on a decline bench with your head at the higher end and place your hands on the side edges of the bench for stability. Bend your knees at 90 degrees and lift your legs so your thighs are perpendicular to the bench and your lower legs are parallel to the floor.
  2. Engage your core and lift your hips off the bench, curling your knees towards your chest while keeping both legs bent.
  3. Lower your hips back to the starting position with control, keeping your knees bent at 90 degrees. Repeat the movement for the desired number of repetitions.
