Dumbbell Incline Shrug

Dumbbell Incline Shrug is a free weights exercise targeting Upper Back (Trapezius, Rhomboids) using Dumbbells.
How to perform it
- Set an incline bench to a 45-degree angle and sit back against it, holding a dumbbell in each hand with your arms extended at your sides, palms facing each other.
- Shrug your shoulders upward, lifting the dumbbells towards your ears, without bending your elbows.
- Slowly lower your shoulders back to the starting position, maintaining control throughout the movement. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
