High Resistance Band Kneeling Crunch is a resistance exercise targeting Abdominals (Rectus Abdominis) using Resistance Band.

Step by step

How to perform it

  1. Attach a resistance band to a high anchor point. Kneel down facing the anchor point, holding the handles of the resistance band with both hands, bend your arms at 90 degrees to bring your hands close to your face, palms facing each other.
  2. Pull the resistance band down by crunching your torso towards your knees, bringing your elbows towards your thighs.
  3. Slowly return to the starting position with control, keeping the tension on the band.
  4. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
