Seated v Up is a bodyweight exercise targeting Abdominals (Rectus Abdominis).
Step by step
How to perform it
- Sit on the floor with your legs extended straight in front of you and your arms placed on the floor slightly behind you for support.
- Engage your core and lift your torso off the floor, bringing your knees towards your chest to form a V shape with your body.
- Hold the top position for a moment, squeezing your abdominal muscles.
- Lower your legs and torso back to the starting position with control. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
