4 steps Updated 29/08/2026
Bent Over Row Resistance Band is a resistance exercise targeting Middle Back (Latissimus Dorsi, Teres Major) using Resistance Band.
How to perform it
- Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding the handles of a resistance band anchored under your feet. Hinge at the hips with a slight bend in your knees to bring your torso almost parallel to the floor.
- Start with your arms extended towards the floor, holding the band with your palms facing each other.
- Pull the handles of the band towards your hips by bending your elbows, keeping them close to your body and squeezing your shoulder blades together at the top of the movement.
- Slowly return to the starting position, extending your arms back towards the floor. Repeat the movement for the desired number of repetitions.
