4 steps Updated 29/08/2026

Biceps Curl Cable Wide Grip Crossover Machine is a resistance exercise targeting Biceps (Biceps Brachii) using Cable Pulley Machine.

Step by step

How to perform it

  1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, facing a low cable crossover machine. Hold the handle attached to the low pulley with an underhand grip (palms facing up), hands just wider than shoulder-width apart, arms fully extended and elbows close to your body.
  2. Curl the handle upwards towards your shoulders by bending your elbows, keeping your upper arms stationary.
  3. Slowly lower the handle back to the starting position, fully extending your arms.
  4. Repeat the movement for the desired number of repetitions.
