Cable Triceps Push Down Elbow Out (V Bar) is a resistance exercise targeting Triceps (Triceps Brachii) using Cable Pulley Machine.
How to perform it
- Stand facing the cable machine with your feet shoulder-width apart, keeping your back straight, knees slightly bent and lean slightly forward.
- Grasp the V-bar attached to the high pulley with both hands, palms facing each other, and place your hands shoulder-width apart. Bend your elbows at a 90-degree angle, with your elbows flared out to the sides.
- Push the V-bar down towards your thighs by straightening your elbows, keeping your upper arms close to your torso.
- Slowly return to the starting position with control. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
