Archer Push Up is a bodyweight exercise targeting Chest (pectoralis major), Triceps (triceps brachii).

Step by step

How to perform it

  1. Start in a push-up position with your hands placed wider than shoulder-width apart and your body forming a straight line from head to heels.
  2. Bend your right elbow to lower your chest towards your right hand while keeping your left arm extended straight to the side.
  3. Push back up to the starting position.
  4. Bend your left elbow to lower your chest towards your left hand while keeping your right arm extended straight to the side. Continue alternating sides.
