Dumbbell Incline Breeding

Dumbbell Incline Breeding is a free weights exercise targeting Shoulders (Anterior Deltoids), Chest (Clavicular Head) using Dumbbells.
How to perform it
- Sit on an incline bench set at a 45-degree angle, holding a dumbbell in each hand with your arms extended, elbows slightly bent, above your chest and palms facing forward.
- Slowly lower the dumbbells to your sides in a wide arc, maintaining the slight bend in your elbows.
- Bring the dumbbells back up in a controlled manner, following the same wide arc, until they meet above your chest.
- Repeat the movement for the desired number of repetitions, ensuring a controlled and steady motion throughout.
