How to perform it
- Set an incline bench to a 45-degree angle and lie back against it, holding a single dumbbell with both hands, gripping the handle securely. Start with the dumbbell extended straight up above your shoulders, with your palms facing each other.
- Slowly lower the dumbbell by bending your elbows, allowing the weight to move behind your head until your forearms are parallel to the floor.
- Pause briefly at the bottom of the movement, feeling the stretch in your triceps.
- Reverse the motion by extending your elbows, pushing the dumbbell back up to the starting position. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
