Dumbbell Standing Alternate Raise

Dumbbell Standing Alternate Raise is a free weights exercise targeting Shoulders (Anterior Deltoids) using Dumbbells.
How to perform it
- Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding a dumbbell in each hand with your arms hanging by your sides and palms facing backward.
- Raise the right dumbbell in front of you until your arm is parallel to the floor, keeping a slight bend in your elbow.
- Lower the right dumbbell back to the starting position and then raise the left dumbbell in front of you until your arm is parallel to the floor.
- Continue alternating the raise between your right and left arms for the desired number of repetitions.
