Dumbbell Standing Front Raise Above Head is a free weights exercise targeting Shoulders (Anterior Deltoids) using Dumbbells.
How to perform it
- Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding a dumbbell in each hand with an overhand grip (palms facing down). Let your arms hang straight down in front of your hips.
- Raise both dumbbells simultaneously in front of you, keeping your arms straight and lifting until the dumbbells are above your head.
- Hold the position briefly at the top, ensuring your arms are fully extended above your head.
- Lower the dumbbells back to the starting position with control, keeping your movements slow and steady. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
