Exercise Ball Hip Flexor Stretch

Exercise Ball Hip Flexor Stretch is a bodyweight exercise targeting Hip Flexors (Iliopsoas, Rectus Femoris) using Yoga Mat.
How to perform it
- Sit on an exercise ball in a lunge position with your left foot flat on the floor in front of you and your right leg extended behind you, the ball supporting your hips.
- Lower your hips downwards towards the floor, allowing the ball to support your weight and feeling a stretch in your right hip flexor.
- Keep your torso upright and your core engaged as you hold the stretch.
- Hold the stretch for 15-30 seconds, then switch legs and repeat on the other side.
