Incline Lateral Raises Dumbbell is a free weights exercise targeting Shoulders (Posterior Deltoids) using Dumbbells.
How to perform it
- Adjust an incline bench to a 45-degree angle and lie chest-first against it, with your feet firmly planted on the floor for stability.
- Hold a dumbbell in each hand with a neutral grip (palms facing each other), allowing the dumbbells to hang down towards the floor in line with your shoulders.
- Keeping your arms slightly bent at the elbows, raise the dumbbells up and out to the sides until they reach shoulder height.
- Lower the dumbbells back to the starting position with control. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
