Kneeling Forearm Flexor Stretch is an exercise to stretch the forearm flexors by kneeling and extending the wrists backward.
How to perform it
- Kneel down with a straight posture and place your hands forward.
- Position your palm facing upward with fingers pointing backward.
- Gently pull the fingers back with the opposite hand to stretch the forearm.
- Hold this position steadily for 20-30 seconds and then switch arms.
