Lateral Raises Dumbbell is a free weights exercise targeting Shoulders (Lateral Deltoids) using Dumbbells.
How to perform it
- Begin by standing with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding a dumbbell in each hand at your sides with your palms facing your body.
- Raise both arms out to the sides until they reach shoulder height, maintaining a slight bend in your elbows.
- Pause briefly at the top of the movement, ensuring your arms are parallel to the floor.
- Lower the dumbbells back to the starting position with control. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
