Alternate Heel Touches is a bodyweight exercise targeting Abdominals (rectus abdominis), Obliques (external and internal obliques).
How to perform it
- Lie on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor, hip-width apart. Lift your shoulders slightly off the floor, engaging your core.
- Reach your right hand towards your right heel, then return to the center position.
- Reach your left hand towards your left heel. Continue alternating sides in this manner.
