Alternate Toe Tap Leg Lift is a bodyweight exercise targeting Hip Flexors (iliopsoas), Abdominals (rectus abdominis), Quadriceps (quadriceps femoris).
How to perform it
- Lie down on your back with your knees bent and feet on the floor.
- Raise your torso off the floor by placing your elbows on the floor and raise one of your knees toward the chest while keeping your knee bent.
- Lower your foot back to the floor while raising your other knee towards your chest.
- Keep repeating by alternately moving your knees towards and away from the chest.
