Alternate Toe Tap Leg Lift is a bodyweight exercise targeting Hip Flexors (iliopsoas), Abdominals (rectus abdominis), Quadriceps (quadriceps femoris).

Step by step

How to perform it

  1. Lie down on your back with your knees bent and feet on the floor.
  2. Raise your torso off the floor by placing your elbows on the floor and raise one of your knees toward the chest while keeping your knee bent.
  3. Lower your foot back to the floor while raising your other knee towards your chest.
  4. Keep repeating by alternately moving your knees towards and away from the chest.
