Assisted Pull Up Wide Grip is a resistance exercise targeting Middle Back (Latissimus Dorsi, Teres Major) using Assisted Pull Up Machine.
How to perform it
- Kneel on the platform pad of an assisted chin-up machine and grasp the handles with an overhand grip (palms facing away from you) positioned wider than shoulder-width apart.
- Begin the movement by pulling your body upward until your chin is above the bar.
- Slowly lower your body back to the starting position with control, fully extending your arms.
- Repeat the movement for the desired number of repetitions, maintaining proper form throughout the exercise.
