Band Reverse Fly is a resistance exercise targeting Shoulders (Posterior Deltoids).
Step by step
How to perform it
- Lie chest-first on an incline bench, with your feet firmly planted on the floor. Hold the ends of a resistance band anchored below the bench with your arms extended downward and slightly bent at the elbows, palms facing each other.
- Raise your arms out to the sides in a wide arc motion until they are in line with your shoulders, squeezing your shoulder blades together at the top of the movement.
- Slowly return to the starting position, controlling the resistance band as you lower your arms.
- Repeat the movement for the desired number of repetitions.
