Band Seated Lateral Raise is a resistance exercise targeting Shoulders (Lateral Deltoids).
Step by step
How to perform it
- Sit on a bench with your feet flat on the floor, holding the ends of a resistance band anchored under the bench with your arms hanging at your sides, palms facing inward, and a slight bend in your elbows.
- Raise your arms out to the sides until they are parallel to the floor, keeping your elbows slightly bent and leading with your elbows.
- Slowly return to the starting position, controlling the resistance band as you lower your arms.
- Repeat the movement for the desired number of repetitions.
