Barbell Reverse Grip Bent Over Row is a free weights exercise targeting Middle Back (Latissimus Dorsi, Teres Major) using Barbell.
How to perform it
- Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding a barbell with a reverse grip (palms facing forward), hands slightly wider than shoulder-width apart. Bend at the hips and knees to lower your torso until it is nearly parallel to the floor, keeping your back straight and core engaged.
- Pull the barbell towards your abdomen by bending your elbows.
- Lower the barbell back to the starting position with control, fully extending your arms.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
