Barbell Seated on Knee Calve Raises is a free weights exercise targeting Calves (Gastrocnemius, Soleus) using Barbell.
How to perform it
- Sit on a bench with your feet flat on the floor and a barbell resting across your thighs, just above your knees. Position your feet hip-width apart.
- Lift your heels off the floor by pressing through your forefeet, raising your knees towards the ceiling.
- Squeeze your calf muscles at the top of the movement, ensuring your heels are as high as possible.
- Lower your heels back down to the starting position with control. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
