Barbell Standing Twist is a free weights exercise targeting Obliques (External Oblique, Internal Oblique) using Barbell.
How to perform it
- Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding a barbell across your upper back with an overhand grip, hands slightly wider than shoulder-width apart.
- Rotate your torso to the right, keeping your hips and knees aligned with the movement.
- Rotate back to the center position with control, then twist your torso to the left.
- Continue alternating sides, repeating for the desired number of repetitions.
