Boat Stretch

Boat Stretch is a bodyweight exercise targeting Core Muscles (rectus abdominis, obliques), Hip Flexors (iliopsoas).
How to perform it
- Sit on the floor with your legs extended straight in front of you.
- Bend your knees slightly and lift your legs off the floor, balancing on your buttocks.
- Extend your arms forward, parallel to the floor, to grab your legs and lean back slightly while keeping your back straight.
- Hold this position, maintaining balance.
