Cable Reverse Grip Triceps Pushdown (Ez-Bar) is a resistance exercise targeting Triceps (Triceps Brachii) using Cable Pulley Machine.
How to perform it
- Stand facing the cable machine with a straight an EZ bar attached to the high pulley. Grasp the EZ bar with both hands using an underhand grip (palms facing up), hands shoulder-width apart.
- Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, keeping your back straight and elbows close to your body. Your forearms should be parallel to the floor.
- Push the EZ bar down towards your thighs by straightening your elbows, keeping your upper arms stationary.
- Slowly return to the starting position with control, allowing your forearms to become parallel to the floor again. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
