Ceiling Look Stretch

Ceiling Look Stretch is a bodyweight exercise targeting Erector Spinae (Lower Back), Rectus Abdominis (Abdominals) using Yoga Mat.
How to perform it
- Begin in a tabletop position on all fours, with your wrists aligned under your shoulders and your knees aligned under your hips.
- Slowly lift your torso upwards, arching your back gently and leaning backward.
- Allow your hands to slide down to your legs, supporting your upper body as you look up towards the ceiling.
- Hold this position for the desired duration and slowly return to the starting tabletop position. Repeat the movement for the desired number of repetitions.
