Chest Press Low to High Resistance Band

Chest Press Low to High Resistance Band is a resistance exercise targeting Chest (Pectoralis Major) using Resistance Band.
How to perform it
- Attach the resistance band to a low anchor point behind you. Stand facing away from the anchor point, holding a handle in each hand with your palms facing down.
- Position one leg forward and the other back, with both knees slightly bent. Start with your elbows bent and your hands close to your chest sides.
- Push the handles forward and up in a diagonal motion until your arms are fully extended.
- Slowly return to the starting position with control. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
