Dumbbell Close Legs Deadlift is a free weights exercise targeting Hamstrings (Biceps Femoris, Semitendinosus, Semimembranosus) using Dumbbells.
How to perform it
- Stand with your feet close together, holding a dumbbell with both hands from the bar, allowing it to hang in front of you.
- Keep your back straight and hinge at the hips, lowering the dumbbell towards your feet while keeping it close to your legs.
- Lower the dumbbell until you feel a stretch in your hamstrings, ensuring your knees are slightly bent.
- Engage your glutes and hamstrings to lift your torso back to the starting position. Repeat the movement for the desired number of repetitions.
