Dumbbell Russian Twist With Legs Floor Off is a free weights exercise targeting Obliques (External Obliques, Internal Obliques) using Dumbbells.

How to perform it

  1. Sit on the floor with your knees bent and your feet lifted slightly off the floor, balancing on your glutes. Hold a dumbbell with both hands at chest level, keeping your back straight and core engaged.
  2. Lean back slightly to form a V-shape with your torso and thighs, maintaining a straight spine.
  3. Rotate your torso to the right, bringing the dumbbell beside your right hip while keeping your legs stable together.
  4. Return to the center, then rotate your torso to the left, bringing the dumbbell beside your left hip. Continue alternating sides for the desired number of repetitions.
