4 steps Updated 29/08/2026

Ez Bar Cable Curl Wide Grip Crossover Machine is a resistance exercise targeting Biceps (Biceps Brachii) using Ez Bar.

Step by step

How to perform it

  1. Stand facing the cable machine with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding an EZ bar attached to the low pulley of a crossover machine, hands just wider than shoulder-width, palms facing forward.
  2. Curl the EZ bar towards your shoulder by bending your elbows, keeping your upper arms stationary and close to your body.
  3. Squeeze your biceps at the top of the movement, ensuring the bar reaches shoulder height.
  4. Slowly lower the bar back to the starting position with control, fully extending your arms. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
