Ez Bar Standing Front Raise

Ez Bar Standing Front Raise is a free weights exercise targeting Shoulders (Anterior Deltoids) using Ez Bar.
How to perform it
- Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding an EZ bar with an overhand grip (palms facing down), hands placed slightly wider than shoulder-width apart. Let the bar hang in front of your thighs.
- Raise the EZ bar directly in front of you to shoulder height until parallel to the floor.
- Pause briefly at the top of the movement, squeezing your shoulder muscles.
- Lower the bar back to the starting position in a controlled manner.
