Resistance Band Lying Leg Raise

Resistance Band Lying Leg Raise is a resistance exercise targeting Hip Flexors (Iliopsoas), Quadriceps (Quadriceps Femoris) using Resistance Band.
How to perform it
- Lie flat on your back with your arms by your sides and a loop resistance band around your thighs, just above your knees. Keep your legs extended and together.
- Engage your core to lift your right leg straight up towards the ceiling, keeping the resistance band taut and your left leg flat on the floor.
- Slowly lower your leg back down with control, stopping just before your heel touches the floor.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, then switch to lifting your left leg.
