Seated Floor Crunches is a bodyweight exercise targeting Abdominals (Rectus Abdominis).
Step by step
How to perform it
- Sit on the floor with your legs extended straight out in front of you, forming an L-shape with your torso.
- Place your hands behind your head without pulling on your neck, elbows facing outwards.
- Engage your core and bend your torso towards your thighs, performing a crunch while keeping your legs straight.
- Bring your torso back to the starting position with control. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
