Side Lateral Raise Resistance Band

Side Lateral Raise Resistance Band is a resistance exercise targeting Shoulders (Lateral Deltoids) using Resistance Band.
How to perform it
- Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and place the middle of a resistance band under both feet. Hold one handle in each hand, arms down by your sides, and palms facing inward.
- Lift your arms out to the sides until they are parallel to the floor, forming a "T" shape with your body. Focusing on lifting with your shoulders and keeping your palms facing down.
- Slowly lower your arms back to the starting position with control.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
