Standing Front Raise Dumbbell is a free weights exercise targeting Shoulders (Anterior Deltoids) using Dumbbells.
How to perform it
- Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding a dumbbell in each hand with your arms fully extended in front of your hips and palms facing your thighs.
- Raise both arms straight in front of you until they are parallel to the floor, keeping a slight bend in your elbows.
- Lower your arms back to the starting position with control.
- Repeat the movement for the desired number of repetitions.
