Standing Side Slope Stretch is a bodyweight exercise targeting Abdominals (Obliques).
Step by step
How to perform it
- Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, keeping your posture upright. Raise your right arm overhead and allow your left hand to hang by your side.
- Gently lean your torso to the left, reaching your right arm over your head and feeling a stretch along the right side of your torso.
- Hold the stretch for 20-30 seconds, and slowly return to the starting position.
- Perform the stretch for the desired number of repetitions on each side.
