Step by step

How to perform it

  1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding a weight plate with both hands at chest level, elbows bent and pointing down.
  2. Press the plate upward by extending your arms fully above your head, keeping your core tight and your back straight.
  3. Lower the plate back down to chest level in a controlled manner.
  4. Repeat the movement for the desired number of repetitions.
