Assisted Close-Grip Underhand Chin-Up

Assisted Close-Grip Underhand Chin-Up is a bodyweight exercise targeting Biceps (biceps brachii), Back Muscles (latissimus dorsi, rhomboids).
How to perform it
- Position yourself on the assisted pull-up machine, placing your knees on the pad and gripping the pull-up bar with a close underhand (supinated) grip.
- Pull your body up towards the bar until your chin is above the bar, using the assistance from the machine.
- Lower your body back down to the starting position, maintaining control throughout the movement.
- Continue the movement in a controlled, rhythmic manner.
