Assisted Parallel Close-Grip Pull-Up

Assisted Parallel Close-Grip Pull-Up is a bodyweight exercise targeting Biceps (biceps brachii), Back Muscles (latissimus dorsi, rhomboids).
How to perform it
- Position yourself on the assisted pull-up machine, placing your knees on the pad and gripping the parallel bars with a close grip.
- Engage your core and pull your body up towards the bars until your chin is above the bars, using the assistance from the machine.
- Lower your body back down to the starting position, maintaining control throughout the movement.
- Continue the movement in a controlled, rhythmic manner.
