Band Cross Abduction

Band Cross Abduction is a resistance exercise targeting Outer Thigh (Gluteus Medius), Hips (Gluteus Minimus) using Resistance Band.
How to perform it
- Stand with your feet hip-width apart and place the resistance band under both feet, crossing the band in front of you. Hold the handles of the band in opposite hands with arms hanging in front of your hips.
- Keeping your right leg straight, lift it sideways away from your body until your leg is fully extended to the side.
- Slowly lower your leg back to the starting position with control, keeping tension in the band.
- Repeat the movement for the desired number of repetitions, then switch to the left leg.
