Barbell Lying Extension is a exercise targeting Triceps (Triceps Brachii) using Barbell.
Step by step
How to perform it
- Lie on a flat bench with your feet flat on the floor, holding a barbell with an overhand grip, hands shoulder-width apart. Your arms should be fully extended above your chest.
- Slowly lower the barbell by bending your elbows, bringing the barbell towards over your forehead.
- When the barbell is behind your head, reverse the movement by extending your elbows to return the barbell to the starting position.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, then carefully rack the barbell back onto the bench press rack.
