Bodyweight Calf Raises is a bodyweight exercise targeting Calves (Gastrocnemius, Soleus).
Step by step
How to perform it
- Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and your hands on your hips or by your sides for balance.
- Lift your heels off the floor, rising onto your toes.
- Hold the top position briefly, squeezing your calf muscles.
- Lower your heels back to the floor in a controlled manner and repeat the movement for the desired number of repetitions.
