Butt Kicks Slow

4 steps Updated 29/08/2026

Butt Kicks Slow is a bodyweight exercise targeting Hamstrings (Biceps Femoris, Semitendinosus, Semimembranosus).

Step by step

How to perform it

  1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and your arms relaxed by your sides.
  2. Begin by jogging in place, lifting your heels towards your buttocks with each step.
  3. Alternate lifting your right and left heels in a quick, continuous motion, keeping your knees pointing down. Swing your arms naturally with each step, allowing them to move opposite to your legs for balance.
  4. Maintain a steady pace for the desired duration or number of repetitions.
