Calf Raise Clap is a bodyweight exercise targeting Calves (Gastrocnemius, Soleus).
Step by step
How to perform it
- Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and your arms extended out to the sides at shoulder level.
- Lift your heels off the floor as high as possible while simultaneously bringing your arms forward to clap, keeping them straight.
- Lower your heels back to the floor and return your arms to the starting position.
- Repeat the movement for the desired number of repetitions.
